Supermicro's SC829 chassis features a unique and highly-optimized design for 2U server that enhance the interior space usage without compromising superior cooling. The SC829 chassis carries 16 / 10 / 8 hot-swap SAS/SATA hard drive bays, all can be accessed at the front. It is also equipped with 1000W Titanium level / 920W Platinum level redundant power supply for superb power saving. The chassis provides maximum features in 2U form factor for high-end, high-performance applications.
