Boston Attend The BETT Show at ExCel London!

22/01/20 - ExCel London, UK - Boston are excited to attend the BETT Show at ExCel London for the first time.

As well as exhibiting for the first time at BETT, we will be showcasing a brand new Intel® workstation on the stand (Stand NA44 in the North Hall) and also our academy experts will be introducing our very own world-class Boston Training Academy.

Making its debut at the BETT Show is the Boston AI Development Kit. This dual-processor workstation supports 2nd Gen. Intel® Xeon® Scalable processors and features an Intel® Arria 10 FPGA card which is enabled with up to 96 full-duplex transceivers with data rates up to 17.4 Gbps chip-to-chip. The Boston AI Development Kit is a next-generation AI development platform, which features Intel® Deep Learning Boost (Intel® DL Boost) with Vector Neural Network Instruction (VNNI). This brings enhanced Artificial Intelligence performance with up to 30x performance improvement over the previous generation.

Also brand new to the BETT Show is the introduction of The Boston Training Academy (BTA). This training academy aims to be a renowned development platform for talent engagement, education and solutions; from the fundamentals of AI, through to advanced practical-based learning. On the stand will be Head of The Boston Training Academy, Laxmi Nageswari, to talk about a wide range of courses including A.I. for Teachers, A.I. for Students as well as an overview of how you can incorporate a BTA Centre of Excellence into your institution. The CoE is a unique set up bringing together students, industry, and technology to radically transform skill development as well as foster innovation to meet the new challenges in today's rapidly changing world.
