Boston would like to reassure our partners and customers that we have a robust Business Continuity Plan in place to minimise the disruption caused by the current COVID-19 pandemic. Boston has a global footprint allowing flexibility in our operations to mitigate impact to our customers at this challenging time.
Of course, our primary concern is the well-being of our sta, partners and customers; following on from South Africa’s emergency press briefing on Monday declaring national Lockdown in which it was announced that the army will deploy units across the country and the South African National Defence (SANDF) will be battle ready for COVID-19. Boston wants to assure customers that sta are equipped to work remotely, and business will continue as normal.
If you have any face-to-face meetings scheduled, these will now be moved onto Microsoft Teams. Any changes will be communicated to you via your Sales Representative.
We recommend that you visit these resources for the most up to date and accurate advice given by the World Health Organisation (WHO).
Visitors to Boston Facilities:
Boston ask that anyone who has been any of the affected areas outlined by the WHO here contact us to rearrange any visits or booked meetings. Please follow the hygiene and cleanliness advice given via notices throughout our buildings and via your host.
To help our clients make informed decisions about new technologies, we have opened up our research & development facilities and actively encourage customers to try the latest platforms using their own tools and if necessary together with their existing hardware. Remote access is also available
