As a global company with employees constantly travelling and on-the-go, it is essential that Boston has the infrastructure to support its staff. Microsoft 365 Business voice is a cloud-based telephony solution that integrates into the existing Office 365 package, meaning employees are able to call, chat, record and share meetings in a single app; Microsoft Teams.

After taking part in testing, Boston were invited by Microsoft to take part in a video case study that would document the day-to-day use of Microsoft 365 Business Voice by Boston's employees based in our headquarters north of London. The day began with a series of interviews with Boston Managing Director Manoj Nayee, Head of IT Services Andy Doyle and Head of Marketing Maz Lopez all of whom use the Teams app across their laptop, desktop and mobile devices to ensure that the smooth running of the business, and their departments, aren't limited by them not being based it the office all of the time. The film crew later toured Boston, from the warehouse to build facility, and sales floor, to catch employees using the product as part of their day. View the finished video further down the page.

It integrates with Office 365, and together they deliver an all-in-one communication and collaboration solution. Starting today, Business Voice is available as an add-on to Microsoft 365 and Office 365 plans in Canada and the UK, and will be available globally in 2020.”
