The following notification has been sent by NVIDIA and approved by Boston Labs for publication to Boston customers and partners.
NVIDIA announces the qualification and availability of a new System BIOS version 3A05 for the DGX-1 with P100 and DGX-1 with V100 (16G and 32G options). Nvidia requires that all customers qualify and update their DGX-1 Appliance with this latest firmware. This new update contains the Intel microcode update that addresses the previously announced CPU Speculative Side Channel Vulnerability CVE-2017-5715.
Effective immediately, all DGX-1 Appliances will ship with this latest update.

Customer Action:
For updating the DGX-1 Appliance BIOS follow instruction posted for Critical System BIOS firmware upgrade for all DGX-1 platforms on the NVIDIA Enterprise Support portal.
