We are strong believers that in order to provide a solution to a problem we need to replicate it in-house. This unique approach to technical support helps us ensure that we genuinely understand any queries and are able to provide accurate solutions to any queries as quickly as possible.
As you can appreciate, technical support can only be as accurate as the information that we are provided with at the point of enquiry. For this reason we have
a variety of technical support forms designed to obtain relevant information required in order to provide accurate resolutions to queries.
How do I get technical support?
We provide our customers with technical support through our online ticketing system, which can be found with the partner portal. Don't have a partner portal account? Sign up now.
Can't find our support ticket form within your partner portal account?
Step 1: Click Partner Portal located in the header of the website next to our social icons.
Step 2: If you have a Partner Portal account, fill in your username and password if not you will need to create one by clicking create an account.
Step 3: Once you have logged in you will be taken to the Customer Portal page, click the Applications tab in the menu next to the reports tab.
Step 4: Click the Submit a ticket link.
Step 5: Input your support query using the relevant fields providing as much detail as possible, and press the submit button.
Once you have submitted your ticket our Technical Department will be notified and they will start looking into your issue. We aim to respond to all tickets on the day they are submitted.
