We are strong believers that in order to provide a solution to a problem we need to replicate it in-house. This unique approach to technical support helps us ensure that we genuinely understand any queries and are able to provide accurate solutions to any queries as quickly as possible.
As you can appreciate, technical support can only be as accurate as the information that we are provided with at the point of enquiry. For this reason we have a variety of technical support forms designed to obtain relevant information required in order to provide accurate resolutions to queries.
We currently provide two levels of support:
- Assisted support is primarily available to existing customers who are experiencing technical difficulties or have a query related to one of our products.
- Presales support is in place to provide quick and easy answers to your questions where form-filling and one-on-one contact isn't necessarily warranted. In the event of a complex or time-consuming support request, we may ask that you complete a technical support form for assisted support in order to provide a better level of help. For simple queries along the lines of compatibility and functionality, our technical support team can be contacted through our online contact page.
