Assisted Support

In order to obtain assisted support for any of our products please follow these very simple steps:

  1. Complete the relevent technical support form with as much detailed information as possible

    General Products

  2. Fax the form to us on +44 (0) 870 7 515 951

  3. Once we have received your form one of our engineers will run it against our knowledge base system to see if we can provide an instant response.  Failing any immediate fix, our engineer will contact you to gather more information and to issue you with a technical support reference number.

Note: The technical support reference number must be provided in any correspondance between yourself and Boston so that queries can be correctly routed and dealt with promptly.  Also, a new technical support reference number must be obtained for each different technical issue.
