As you can appreciate, technical support can only be as accurate as the
information that we are provided with at the point of enquiry. For this reason
we have a variety of technical support forms designed to obtain relevant
information required in order to provide accurate resolutions to queries.
We currently provide two levels of support available:
Assisted support is primarily available to existing
customers who are experiencing techncial difficulties or have a query related
to one of our products.
Presales support is in place to provide quick and easy
answers to your questions where form-filling and one-on-one contact isn't
necessary warranted. In the event of a complex or time-consuming support
request, we may ask that you complete a technical support form for Assisted
support in order to provide a better level of help.
