Introduction
The Boston Igloo 100LP brings the next generation of low powered server to you today. Utilizing the very best Supemicro components the 100LP gives the high level of reliability and features you would expect from an entry level server but in a very small form factor and tiny power envelope.
Low power and space saving components such as 2.5” hard disks and the Celeron 400 series processor mean that you can run the applications you need but still consume the same amount of power as your average 60W light bulb.
Compared to even its closest rivals which are often under utilized themselves the power savings are dramatic. In most cases it is possible to run twice the number of 100LP servers in the place of standard single CPU equivalent servers based on Xeon 3000 or Core processors.
