The innovative SuperBlade offers enhanced system computing density leveraged from years of rackmount server design experience. Applying Supermicro's application-optimized engineering philosophy, each SuperBlade module delivers true server functionality including up to four processors (in select models), optional InfiniBand mezzanine HCA, and supports either SATA or SAS hard drives.

Supermicro TwinBlade Wins 2010 Best Blade Award
Supermicro has announced that its widely available TwinBlade won the Best Blade-Based Solution award at the 4th annual BladeSystems Insight Summit 2010. The IT executives and industry analysts in attendance voted for the TwinBlade platform as the best overall blade server in the industry. This 2010 award is the second annual blade award won by Supermicro in three years at the BladeSystems Insight Summit.
