Terms and Conditions only apply to the purchase of products from our Authorized distributors

Over the years, Thecus® has prided itself on taking care of their customers. From purchasing the product, to setting it up, to working with it, to after-sales service, they strive for excellence on every aspect of the end-user experience. Recently, it has been brought to their attention that certain unscrupulous resellers are acquiring Thecus® products without authorization and selling them to unsuspecting end users.

Thecus want to, first of all, inform users who may not be aware of this. Secondly, they want to remind all users to make sure that they are purchasing Thecus® products from authorized Thecus® distributors, as only products purchased from said distributors will be covered under our warranty.

When purchasing Thecus® products, make sure you are dealing with an authorized distributor. This way, you can be sure that you are getting an authentic Thecus® product that is fully covered by our industry-leading warranty. Thecus® provides two-year warranty for its products only to the original purchaser of the product from a Thecus®-authorized distributor.
