Once you have carefully designed the perfect system with help from one of our experienced Sales Managers, we build systems to your unique specifications. We use only validated components so, whatever system you choose, you will get reliability you can to depend on – as standard. Our build engineers are all trained to a high degree of expertise; we always have experience and knowledge in all areas of systems assembly, configuration and quality control.

As well as using system validated components for reliability, we ensure maximum compatibility by using state-of-the-art software systems and operating environments. We have procedures in place to make certain that only the latest firmware, BIOS and drivers are used in our systems; this is with the exception of customer-specific requirements such as Type Approval.

In our custom designed and controlled test environment, we run our comprehensive suite of software on each and every system. This ensures each component is fully stress-tested, minimizing support calls and failures once equipment is out in the field.

Traceability and upgradeability are key factors which can often be over looked. Boston appreciates the importance of this and, should you wish to upgrade your system in the future, our detailed logs of installed hardware will provide you with the ability to match the currently fitted hardware, down to the smallest detail. Perhaps, more importantly, this also means that in the unlikely event of a problem we can easily check for upgrade requirements and/or compatibility issues, providing a solution for you in minimal time.

Quality control is as important to us as it is to you, which is why our rigorous procedures ensure that every aspect of your system is thoroughly tested and checked before it is dispatched, enabling you to plan your installation with the utmost assurance and confidence.

Once you have received your new system, our after sales support team are on hand to answer any queries or problems that you may have. Every support engineer is trained to deal with requests quickly and effectively, using escalation procedures where necessary to ensure maximum up-time.

In addition to our standard warranty we can offer fully tailored service solutions should this be required.
