Boston Limited is widely renowned as a leader in the high performance PC hardware marketplace and we are looking to expand our sales team with a new vacancy available for a “Pre Sales & Technical Support” specialist.

The role entails helping clients qualify their needs on a technical level when purchasing their IT hardware. Candidates will be primarily responsible for pre-sales technical support to both clients and Boston’s Sales Teams.

Candidates must possess a good technical grasp on the latest technologies and will be working with a seasoned sales organization interfacing with various departments and clients alike.

An understanding of computer hardware at a component level is a must with previous experience in building computer hardware an added benefit as the role involves being responsible for managing the technical aspects of customers in different industries, across different geographic locations. Candidates will be expected to have had experience in answering IT hardware related queries whilst liaising with Boston technical support engineers to assure customer satisfaction.

Any previous experience in the IT channel either in sales, technical support or Research and Design is also welcomed.
