- CO² has dramatically increased in the last 50 years and is still increasing by almost 3% each year.

- When Carbon Dioxide is released into the atmosphere it remains there for 100 to 200 years.

- Many IT companies sit on solutions that could dramatically reduce Carbon Dioxide, but are failing to
take a leadership role. Boston has taken the first step towards the leadership role.

At the end of the lifespan of a CN branded solution we will dispose of the equipment by environmentally friendly means including the recycling and safe disposal of hazardous substances and materials.

During the lifespan* of a CN branded solution Boston will ensure that the maximum ammount of CO² produced by using the equipment will be offset by reductions made through a range of projects in renewable energy and energy efficiency. The CO² produced is calculated using the total power consumed and total power used to cool the equipment during the lifespan*.

All CN branded solutions utilise the latest in cutting edge power saving and power efficiency technologies from Supermicro, Intel and AMD.

All CN branded solutions arrive with warranty for the lifespan* of the equipment, with options for global support and maintenance; options available include 4 hour response times, 24-7 cover for 365 days a year. * 3 year period
